Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for extracting an SOD (Superoxide Dismutase) refined enzyme from SOD enriched plants (triticale, rice oil bran powder, black garlic, hippophae rhamnoides, rosa roxburghii, pinus tabuliformis carrire and pinus tabuliformis carrire) after biological fermentation. The method comprises the following steps of selecting SOD enriched raw materials, mixing the SOD enriched raw materials according to a proportion, and fermenting an obtained mixture for 3 days at 10 to 40 DEG C; carrying out wet grinding, collecting pulp, centrifuging the pulp at a high speed, breaking cell walls, and filtering by a molecular sieve, so as to subsequently obtain an SOD crude enzyme; heating the SOD crude enzyme, then putting the heated SOD crude enzyme for a period of time, and then filtering the SOD crude enzyme by using the molecular sieve, and treating filtrate by using a low-temperature spray freeze drying method; collecting dry powder, so as to obtain the SOD refined enzyme.
