Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an ion-doped lead manganese antimony-lead zirconate-lead titanate piezoelectric ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. A composition of the ion-doped lead manganese antimony-lead zirconate-lead titanate piezoelectric ceramic material is as follows: Pb1.04(Mn1/3Sb2/3)0.05Zr0.47Ti0.48O3, 0.1 wt% of SrCO3, 0.2 wt% of BaCO3, and x wt% of V2O5, wherein x is equal to 0.05 to 1.5. By adopting a solid phase synthesis process, a pre-burning temperature is 750-900 DEG C; by adopting a three-section sintering method, the highest sintering temperature is lower than 1,200 DEG C, so that the piezoelectric ceramic material is obtained. The material has high piezoelectric coefficients, mechanical quality factors and electromechanical coupling coefficients, has excellent piezoelectric property and dielectric property, is mainly applied to the fields of piezoelectric transducers, capacitors, sensors and the like, and has a great market value.
