The kit comprises a kit body, and an ELISA plate, a reagent and an instruction book which are arranged in the kit body, wherein the micropores in the ELISA plate are filled with a complete antigen obtained through coupling an oximation product with bovine serum albumin; and the reagent comprises a testosterone-specific monoclonal antibody, a horseradish peroxidase-labeled goat anti-mouse antibody, a concentrated detergent solution, a testosterone series standard solution, a chromogenic solution and a stop solution. Indirect competitive ELISA is used to qualitatively or quantitatively detect the testosterone residues in an animal-derived food.
