The device comprises a support frame, a slope bearing plate, a rotating platform, a plurality of lamp tubes and a raindrop generator, wherein the slope bearing plate is arranged on the support frame; the rotating platform is rotatably arranged on the support frame by virtue of a rotating shaft and is driven to rotate by a rotating mechanism; the lamp tubes are arranged on one of the upper and lower end surfaces of the rotating platform; and the raindrop generator comprises a water storage device, a plurality of rainfall elements, a water injection pipe and a water pump, wherein the water storage device is arranged on the other one of the upper and lower end surfaces of the rotating platform, the rainfall elements are spray heads or needle tubes, the water storage device has a plurality of rainfall elements, each rainfall element is communicated with an inner cavity of the water storage device, the water injection pipe is commun
