Zusammenfassung: | A ultra-low power consumption wireless passive temperature sensor includes a communication antenna, an energy-taking antenna, a power management module, a temperature-frequency conversion module, a frequency-digit conversion module and a backscatter modulator. According to the invention, the energy-taking antenna is adopted to provide electric energy for the whole circuit; no built-in power source is needed; a problem of impossibility of replacing cells in the later period is solved; the manufacturing cost and later maintenance cost are substantially reduced; and the backscatter modulator is based on the principle of radar backscattering and has a characteristic of zero-power-consumption modulation and a simple circuit structure.
