Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an internal combustion engine organic Rankin cycle power generation system based on photo-thermal and photoelectric complementary. The internal combustion engine organic Rankin cycle power generation system comprises a solar frequency division utilization system, ORC systems and a diesel engine generator set. The solar frequency division utilization system is used for converting solar energy into output electric energy and thermal energy of a photo-thermal medium. Diesel oil is converted into output electric energy, thermal energy of diesel engine cooling water and a gas thermal energy through the combustion of the diesel engine generator set. Each ORC system comprises a phase-change heat accumulator, an expansion machine and a regenerator. The output end of one ORC system is sequentially connected with the input end of a second heat exchanger, the input end of a second evaporator and the input end of the ORC system through a pipeline, and the ORC system is used for gasifying an organic
