Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a production process of titanium dioxide by means of a sulfuric acid method and in particular discloses a preparation method of high activity calcined seed crystals. The preparation method comprises the following steps: A, pressurizing for alkali dissolution; B, washing, C, neutralizing, and D, acid solubility. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages that 1) a preparation method of grain size-controllable high activity calcined seed crystals is provided; 2) a production method of a high quality titanium dioxide less in sintering, few in lattice imperfection and high in pigment performance is provided; and 3) the preparation method is simple, the production cost is not increased, and the preparation method is favorably popularized industrially.
