Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a centrifugal tube, a centrifugal tube adapter and a method for extracting a test sample. The centrifugal tube adapter is used for being matched with a centrifugal tube body for extracting the test sample in the middle portion or bottom of the inner side of the centrifugal body tube after centrifugal separation. The centrifugal tube comprises a centrifugal tube cover body, a centrifugal tube transitional cover body and a suction tube, wherein the centrifugal tube cover body is used for sealing the test sample in the centrifugal tube body; the centrifugal tube transitional cover body can be mounted on the centrifugal tube transitional cover body which can be mounted on the centrifugal tube body; and the suction tube is fixed on the centrifugal tube transitional cover body and is used for extracting the test sample in the middle portion or bottom of the inner side of the centrifugal body tube through centrifugal separation.
