Idenlification method and operation instruction device for impact type drilling machine and drilling tool

This invention relates to an operation instruction device of impact type drilling machine controlled by microcomputer. It is used for automatic check, automatic judgement, automatic indication and warning under well operation conditions and fault states of the drilling machine. The said device is comprised of microcomputer, impulse type displacement sensor, sync signal generator and control box. its check and control method uses fuzzy control method. The impulse type displacement sensor and sync signal generator are used to measure indirectly the magnitude of tensile stress and its variation of the steel cable of drilling tool whereby the computer is based to judge the working conditions and fault states of the drilling tool.
