Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an acrylic-fiber manufacturing method that uses a spinning stock solution in which an acrylic polymer is dissolved in an organic solvent. The acrylic-fiber manufacturing method includes a washing step for alternately performing water spraying (3) and pressing using nip rolls (2) on a coagulated fiber, which is obtained by solidifying the spinning stock solution. The nip pressure applied by the nip rolls is preferably 0.2 MPa or higher. Consequently, an acrylic-fiber manufacturing method that can remove organic solvent from an acrylic fiber within a short period of time without using a water bath is provided. 本发明涉及种丙烯酸系纤维的制造方法,其是使用将丙烯酸系聚合物溶解于有机溶剂中而得到的纺丝原液的丙烯酸系纤维的制造方法,其具有水洗工序,该水洗工序是对使上述纺丝原液固化而成的凝固丝交替进行水喷洗(3)和用夹持辊(2)压制。由上述夹持辊产生的夹持压优选为0.2MPa以上。由此,提供不需使用水浴就能够以短时间除去丙烯酸系纤维中的有机溶剂的丙烯酸系纤维的制造方法。
