Zusammenfassung:The present invention pertains to: [1] a plasticizer for a halogen-based resin that is a condensate obtained by an esterification reaction of a furan dicarboxylic acid compound and a C4-22 aliphatic alcohol, wherein the aliphatic alcohol includes saturated aliphatic alcohol and unsaturated aliphatic alcohol, and the unsaturated aliphatic alcohol content is 25 mass% or less; and [2] a halogen-based resin composition containing this plasticizer. This plasticizer has a plasticizing capacity equal to or greater than that of phthalate plasticizers with respect to halogen-based resins, and also exhibits exceptional effects in terms of compatibility, heat resistance, and cold resistance. 本发明涉及[1]卤素系树脂用增塑剂及[2]含有上述增塑剂的卤素系树脂组合物,所述卤素系树脂用增塑剂是由呋喃二羧酸化合物与碳数4~22的脂肪族醇的酯化反应得到的缩合物,该脂肪族醇包含饱和脂肪族醇和不饱和脂肪族醇,该不饱和脂肪族醇的含量为25质量%以下。该增塑剂对卤素系树脂具有与邻苯二甲酸酯系增塑剂同等以上的增塑性能,而且在相溶性、耐热性、耐寒性上发挥优异的效果。
