The method sequentially comprises the following steps: (1) irradiating the surface of the gem by a Raman spectrum with a band of 400 to 1200cm, and detecting a ligand structure; (2) scanning again to judge whether organic pigments and organic coordinating groups CH2 and CH3 and organic group of epoxy resin exist in the gem by a Raman spectrum with a band of 2800 to 3100cm.
