The invention relates to diaphragm mechanisms used for a water suction pump. A pair of diaphragm mechanisms is designed in total, and the two diaphragm mechanisms are separately arranged in cavities which are defined by a water suction pump body and water suction pump pressure plates at the two sides through connectors; and each diaphragm mechanism comprises a spacer ring, an inner pressure plate, a diaphragm and a stainless steel pressure plate which sequentially sleeve the corresponding connector.
