A crack acceptance rate is increased from 83% to 100%; costs are obviously reduced while other performances are not influenced. 本发明提供种烧结钕铁硼磁体的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:将烧结后的钕铁硼磁体毛坯自然冷却至400℃-700℃后,通入保护气体进行淬火冷却。裂纹合格率从83%提高到100%,成本明显减低,同时不会影响其他性能。
