The invention provides an energy-saving remote control system for electric equipment. The electric equipment comprises a power supply module, and the power supply module comprises a power switch. The energy-saving remote control system comprises a remote control device and a receiving device, wherein the remote control device comprises a transmitting coil, a power supply assembly supplying power to the transmitting coil and a control assembly electrically connected with the power supply assembly; the receiving device comprises a coupled receiving coil and a low-drop-out switch circuit electrically connected with the coupled receiving coil; and the low-drop-out switch circuit is electrically connected with the power switch.
