Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides an array substrate and a display device. The array substrate comprises a thin film transistor, the thin film transistor comprises a gate electrode layer and a source leakage layer, the source leakage layer is positioned above the gate electrode layer, and a through hole platform of the gate electrode layer is at least partially coincident with a through hole platform of the source leakage layer.
