Workpiece measurement method based on machine vision

The invention discloses a workpiece measurement method based on machine vision. The method comprises the following steps: to begin with, collecting, displaying and storing workpiece images; then, carrying out filtering processing on the collected workpiece images through a median value filtering method, and carrying out binarization processing through an inter-class variance method; and finally, carrying out dimension measurement of a workpiece in the image obtained after binarization processing, dimension measurement mainly comprising: rotating the image to be in line with the vertical direction, and then, automatically or manually measuring length and width, and automatically measuring a circle or a circular arc.
