Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing non-bond fine-particle WC-based cemented carbide. The method includes the following steps that (1) according to the mass fraction, 500 parts of WC mixed powder, 0.15-0.50 part of carbon black and 500-1500 parts of alloy pellets are put into a test machine to be dry-ground for 4-10h, the rotating speed is 30-72r/min, the mixed powder is taken out after halting lasts for 4-6h, and non-bond powder is prepared by means of vacuum drying and sieving; (2) the non-bond powder is sintered through a spark plasma sintering method, the hardness HRA of the prepared product is larger than or equal to 95.4, the density is larger than or equal to 15.30g/cm , the relative density is larger than or equal to 97.4%, and no holes and inclusions are left.
