Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane derivative by using a microreactor. The method comprises the following steps: conveying water, a reaction solution of an inorganic acid and a formaldehyde solution into two inlets of the microreactor through a constant-flux pump respectively, contacting, mixing and reacting in the microreactor, then cooling, dropwise adding a sodium hydroxide water solution, separating out a white precipitate, filtering, drying to obtain a 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane derivative (MDA, MDT or MOCA) crude product, and carrying out ethyl alcohol recrystallization, filtering and drying to obtain a pure product. According to the method, continuous preparation of the 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane derivative is realized by adopting the microreactor technology, and the derivative is easy for large-scale production; and the reaction speed is high, so that the reaction time is greatly shortened.
