Heaving plate for improving stability of engineering ship

The invention discloses a heaving plate for improving stability of an engineering ship. The plate surfaces of the heaving plate are in a square shape and each provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed circular through holes. One plate surface of the heaving plate is provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed protruding units, and the other plate surface of the heaving plate is provided with second protruding units which are symmetrical with the first protruding units and the same as the first protruding units in shape. The circular through holes, the first protruding units and the second protruding units are all arranged at intervals. The edges and corner points of the heaving plate are provided with circular corners for smooth connection.
