Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a processing method for controlling the planeness of a flange by use of a predeformation process. The processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) at first, welding an end cap with a sensor connector through a conventional welding process; (2) predeforming a welding face of the flange to enable the deformation of the welding face of the flange to be 0.4-0.6 mm; and (3) welding the end cap with the welding face of the flange and welding bolts on the welding face of the flange, wherein the planeness of a mounting face of the welded flange does not exceed 0.4 mm. The processing method is easy to implement, high in reliability and lower in labor intensity, and can guarantee the processing quality and the dimensional precision of components, the production efficiency is improved, and the production cost is lowered.
