The sensor includes a flexible substrate, an electrode structure, a sensing layer and an ion selective hydrophilic protective layer. The flexible substrate has good adaptability to temperature (-10 DEG C to 300 DEG C), the electrode structure is excellent in conductive property and resists acid and base corrosion, a glucose detection micro channel (the length of the channel is less than 10 mm and the width of the channel is 10 micros-500 micros) is formed from nano materials, the sensor is good in flexibility and high in sensitivity, linear correlation is presented when the glucose concentration is within 1-28 mmol/L, the sensor has good reversibility and repeatability, a hydrophilic wear-resisting film is good in ion transmittance and strong in water absorption property and protects a sensing layer.
