The hand shape tracking method comprises the steps of fixing depth sensors on two or more positions of an arm or a wrist, and the depth sensors are used for obtaining depth map information of the corresponding position; according to the obtained depth map information, achieving the purpose of rebuilding three-dimensional space information of the hand in real time.
