The invention relates to a porous integrated throttling type one-piece aerostatic bearing. The porous integrated throttling type one-piece aerostatic bearing comprises a rectangular aerostatic bearing main body, wherein the lower end surface of the aerostatic bearing main body is a horizontal plane; an air supply channel is formed in the aerostatic bearing main body; an air nozzle joint is arranged outside the air supply channel; four unit area air supply holes are arranged in the lower end surface of the aerostatic bearing main body; the four unit area air supply holes are distributed into a rectangular array; the four unit area air supply holes communicate with the air supply channel; a plurality of integrated throttling holes are arranged in each unit area air supply hole; and four pressure equalizing grooves are formed in the lower end surface of the aerostatic bearing main body and among the four unit area air supply holes. As not smaller than nine integrated throttling holes are directly processed in th
