Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a prime pair for detecting Stemphylium solani and application of the prime pair. The prime pair for detecting Stemphylium solani is formed by single-strand DNAs respectively named as Stem-g7F and Stem-g7R; Stem-g7F is the single-strand DNA with a nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID No.1 in a sequence table; and Stem-g7R is the single-strand DNA with a nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID No.2 in a sequence table. By detecting Stemphylium solani by virtue of the prime pair, the sensitivity is increased by 1000 times and reaches 4.285*10 fg.uL, and accurate quantification can be realized.
