Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a halogen-free flame retardant combined filament yarn fabric laminated plate and a preparation method thereof. Combined filament yarn fabrics and polypropylene halogen-free flame retardant sheets are alternately laminated to form the halogen-free flame retardant combined filament yarn fabric laminated plate; the polypropylene halogen-free flame retardant sheets are arranged on the outmost layers of the laminated plate; the combined filament yarn fabrics and the polypropylene halogen-free flame retardant sheets are alternately laminated at the ratio of 1:1 or 2:1; a hot embossing technology is adopted for preparing the laminated plate. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of capability of restraining 'wick effect', excellent size stability and mechanical property.
本发明涉及种无卤阻燃混纤纱织物层合板及其制备方法,由混纤纱织物及聚丙烯无卤阻燃片材交替叠层得到,层合板最外层均为聚丙烯无卤阻燃片材,混纤纱织物及聚丙烯无卤阻燃片材按1:1或2:1呈交替叠层,采用热压成型工艺制备得到层合板。与现有技术相比,本发明遏制了"灯芯效应"、具有优异的尺寸稳定性和力学性能。 |
