Zusammenfassung: | This invention provides a kind of alloy resisting corrosion from molten metal. It is chiefly suitable for production device of hot-zinc and hot-aulminium plating of steel strip. Its chemical composition (wt.%) is: C 0.25-0.65%, Si 2.5-5.2%, Mn 0.5-1.5%, Cr 5-15%, Mo 0.5-3.5%, RE 0.1-0.3%, Al no larger than 6%, and Fe the remainder. This invention possesses excellent properties of resisting corrosion from liquid-state metal and of resisting wearing. When the alloy is subjected to continuous corrosion in liquid-state zinc-base alloy under 400-500deg.C and in liquid-state aluminium-base alloy under 700 deg.C respectively for over 240 hours, its weight loss by corrosion is still very little. |
