Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a targeted tumor application method adopting endobronchial ultrasound. The method comprises the steps of conducting premedication for local anaesthesia first, and probing the airway through conventional fiber bronchoscopy to learn the position and the growth condition of a lesion; excising a tumor in the airway with a conventional bronchofiberscope high-power-frequency electric endoloop and a nitrous oxide knife device; withdrawing a conventional bronchofiberscope, and delivering the endobronchial ultrasound into the airway, so that the neoplasm invasiveness depth of the airway and the relation between the root portion and surrounding tissue can be probed through an ultrasonic probe; conducting multi-site injection of the chemotherapy drugs cis-platinum and cetuximab on a tumor tissue submucosa portion under the guiding of the endobronchial ultrasound; withdrawing the endobronchial ultrasound, delivering the conventional bronchofiberscope into the airway again, and conducting multi-sit |
