Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a brake disc for a disc brake device, and discloses a brake disc and a motorcycle with the same. The brake disc comprises an annular plate; outer protruding parts facing outwards in the radial direction and recessed parts facing inward in the radial direction are sequentially and alternately formed on the outer periphery of the annular plate in the circumferential direction; first axial through holes and second axial through holes are sequentially and alternately formed in the plate surface of the annular plate in the circumferential direction and are long strip-shaped holes; central axes in the length direction of every adjacent first axial through hole and second axial through hole intersect to form a cross point, and the cross point and the circle center of the annular plate are not overlapped; and every adjacent first axial through hole and the second axial through hole are symmetric relative to a straight line defined by the cross point and the circle center of the annular plate.
