Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a packing type energy-saving oil production pump which comprises a pump cylinder, a hollow plunger and a packer. A fixed one-way valve is arranged at the bottom end of the pump cylinder. The packer is arranged in the pump cylinder and is fixedly connected with the pump cylinder. The hollow plunger is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of a hollow sucker rod in a sleeving manner, and the hollow sucker rod is inserted in the packer and is connected with the packer in a sliding manner. The hollow plunger is inserted in the pump cylinder and is connected with the pump cylinder in a sliding manner. A moving one-way valve is arranged in the hollow sucker rod.
