Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of genetic engineering and particularly relates to the patent application of a new application of iolT1 and iolT2 proteins in xylose transshipment. In glutamate bacillus, inositol and glucose can be transshipped through inositol transship protein iolT1 and iolT2, and meanwhile, the capability of xylose transshipment is achieved; the transshipment capability is equivalent to xylose transshipment capability of a PTS system (PtsG) in the glutamate bacillus, complementary function of the PTS system with xylose transshipment is achieved, and xylose transshipment is not suppressed by glucose transshipment.
