The manufacturing method includes: Step (a) providing a mold having a shoe shape space; Step (b) placing a shoe tree in the shoe shape space, the shoe three is wrapped by the upper; Step (c) forming a sole base material in the shoe shape space, the sole base material containing foaming thermoplastic polyurethane; and Step (d) using microwaves to irradiate the foaming thermoplastic polyurethane, thereby combining the sole base material with the upper. 本发明提供种微波成型鞋及其制造方法，包含：步骤(a)提供模具，该模具具有鞋型空间；步骤(b)将鞋楦置于该鞋型空间，该鞋楦被鞋面所包覆；步骤(c)在该鞋型空间中形成鞋底基材，该鞋底基材包含发泡热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯；及步骤(d)以微波照射该发泡热塑性聚氨基甲酸酯，以结合该鞋底基材与该鞋面。
