The mechanism comprises a movable platform, a machine frame, and two or more branched chains of the identical structures, wherein the branched chains are connected with the movable platform and the machine frame. The movable platform is connected with the machine frame through a movable hinge provided with the horizontal axis. All the branched chains are uniformly distributed on the movable platform. Each branched chain comprises three rotating hinges, an output connection rod and a middle connection rod, wherein one end of the first rotating hinge is connected with one end of the machine frame, the other end of the first rotating hinge is connected with one end of the second rotating hinge through the first connection rod, the other end of the second rotating hinge is connected with one end of the third rotating hinge through the middle connection rod, the other end of the third rotating hinge is connected with the movable platform |
