The printing-resistant wax is prepared from paraffin wax, beeswax, palm wax, dammar resin, stearic acid, mutton tallow and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. The preparation comprises the steps: weighing 30-40 parts by weight of paraffin wax and 10-20 parts by weight of beeswax, heating the temperature of the weighed paraffin wax and beeswax to 70 DEG C to 80 DEG C for melting, and carrying out heat preservation for 0.5 to 1 hour, so as to obtain a first mixture; weighing 5-10 parts by weight of palm wax, 2-4 parts by weight of dammar resin, 5-8 parts by weight of stearic acid, 1-1.5 parts by weight of mutton tallow and 0.5-1 part by weight of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, heating the temperature of the weighed palm wax, dammar resin, stearic acid, mutton tallow and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose to 140 DEG C to
