The structure of the dantrolene sodium derivative has not been reported by literatures or patents yet; a synthetic method is simple, and synthetic conditions are mild; the molecular structure is formed by organically bonding dantrolene sodium with ethyoxyl; and the dantrolene sodium derivative can effectively penetrate through blood brain barriers and is accumulated in a central nerve, and therefore, the purposes of treating and preventing cerebral apoplexy are achieved.
