Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a movable type battery energy distribution station management system and method. The movable type battery energy distribution station management system comprises at least one electric motor car, at least one movable type battery energy distribution station, at least one fixed-point type battery energy distribution station, at least one handheld device and a cloud back-stage management platform. The electric motors car can better transmit driving history data of the electric motor cars and data monitored by portable secondary lithium ion battery packs to the cloud back-stage management platform through vehicle wireless communication interfaces; the cloud back-stage management platform can judge path dense intersection points of the electric motor cars according to the driving history data of the electric motor cars, then can arrange the movable type battery energy distribution stations according to the positions of the fixed-point type battery energy distribution stations, and can better
