The precision calibration method comprises the following steps of: setting test print length of a printer, calculating pulse number of a total signal for controlling a motor to move according to dot spacing and subdivision driving number of the step motor, comparing label length practically printed by the printer with standard length, calculating a difference value, and controlling the step motor to not act after signal pulse with a specific sequence number is emitted if the difference value is greater than 0; and controlling the step motor to act twice after the signal pulse with the specific sequence number is emitted if the difference value is smaller than 0.
