The invention discloses a novel super-smooth zebra guide wire for a urinary and gastrointestinal endoscope. The super-smooth guide wire comprises a nickel-titanium inner core bar, a medical polyurethane material covering layer and a hydrophilic coating layer, wherein the outer surface of the nickel-titanium inner core bar is covered with the medical polyurethane material covering layer, the outer surface of the medical polyurethane material covering layer is coated with the hydrophilic coating layer, and a tapering section I is arranged at the guiding-in end of the nickel-titanium inner core bar; a tapering section II is arranged at the guiding-in end of the medical polyurethane material covering layer, inclined zebra patterns are arranged on the surface of the tapering section II, and the inclined zebra patterns and the other surface areas of the medical polyurethane material covering layer are coated with the hydrophilic coating layer. Compared with traditional zebra guide wires, the front end of the novel
