Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a predistortion label and a predistortion two-dimensional code image generation method and system. Identification of a two-dimensional code image which carries wine score information and is adhered on the bottleneck of a wine bottle can be realized. The predistortion label comprises a label body. The two-dimensional code image is printed on the external surface of the label body. The two-dimensional code image comprises code blocks of multiple colors like black and white. The code blocks represent "0" or "1" numerical information. The width of the code blocks of the left and right side areas of the two-dimensional code image in a horizontal direction is greater than that of the code blocks of the middle area of the two-dimensional code image in the horizontal direction.
