Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a flexible biological pH sensor based on nano wire texture and a preparation method thereof. The pH sensor comprises a flexible substrate, a micro channel electrode structure, an electrode lead, a nano wire texture sensitive layer, and an ion selectively penetrating membrane. Two opposite channel structures composed of electrodes are prepared on the flexible substrate through a template method. The electrodes are connected to the exterior through leads. A textured nano wire material is prepared in the channel areas of electrodes and is taken as the pH sensitive layer. The ion selectively penetrating membrane is covered on the surface of electrodes. The nano wire sensitive material is arranged on the substrate, the channel is composed of two electrodes, the electrodes are completely covered by the ion selectively penetrating membrane, the problems that an inorganic nonmetal nano wire is easily worn in a flexible wearable sensor and can be disturbed are solved, and the in-situ real-time
