Axis correcting device and method

The invention discloses an axis correcting device and method. The axis correcting device comprises a panel fixing frame, a panel and a supporting frame. An installation platform of the supporting frame is provided with a left-right swing component. The left-right swing component can swing left and right to adjust a correction reference picture stuck to the panel to be horizontal, and therefore the correcting effect on equipment is more accurate.
