The PTFE heat exchanger comprises a heat exchanger shell, multiple PTFE heat exchange pipes, a water inlet manifold, water conveying branch pipes and spraying branch pipes. The multiple PTFE heat exchange pipes are arranged in the heat exchanger shell in a U shape. The water inlet manifold is arranged in the heat exchanger shell and arranged in the same direction with the PTFE heat exchange pipes. The water inlet manifold communicates with a main water source outside the heat exchanger shell. The water conveying branch pipes communicate with the water inlet manifold. The spraying branch pipes communicate with the water conveying branch pipes. The water conveying branch pipes, the spraying branch pipes and the PTFE heat exchange pipes are arranged in a criss-cross mode.
