Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a filling switching tool used for driving sand prevention and capable of opening and closing control valves. The filling switching tool comprises a control sleeve, an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve and a central pipe. The lower half section outer wall of the control sleeve is connected with the outer sleeve in a sleeved mode, and the inner wall of the lower end of the control sleeve is connected with the inner sleeve in a sleeving mode. Radial circulating holes are formed in the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve correspondingly. A sliding piston is arranged in an annulus between the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve to be used for opening and closing the circulating holes formed in the outer sleeve and the inner sleeve. The lower end of the outer sleeve is connected with an outer sand prevention sleeve. The lower end of the inner sleeve is connected with an inner sand prevention sleeve.
