The technical scheme has the key points that the PC/ABS plastic is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 28-32 parts of ABS resin, 68-72 parts of PC resin, 5-8 parts of MBS, 2-3 parts of MAH-g-GMA, 0.1-0.2 part of an anti-oxidant, 0.2-0.5 part of a coupling agent, 20-30 parts of an inorganic filler, 2-5 parts of EMA resin and 0.1-0.2 part of a deodorant. Extrusion pelletization is performed through a double-screw extruder, and a sun shade is manufactured through injection molding. The PC/ABS plastic has low smell and favorable mechanical performance, and the phenomenon that a passerby feels uncomfortable due to strong smell of the sun shade is avoided; and meanwhile, the PC/ABS plastic is excellent in mechanical performance and high in impact resistance and strength,
