Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a transposing stamp and a transfer method employing the same. The transposing stamp comprises a body and a plurality of magnetic substances. The body comprises a base bottom and a transposing head, wherein the base bottom has a surface and the transposing head protrudes out of the surface of the base bottom in a first direction. The transposing head comprises opposite first side surface and second side surface in the first direction, wherein the first side surface and the second side surface are connected with the surface. The magnetic substances are located in the transposing head. The density of the magnetic substances close to the first side surface is greater than the density of magnetic substances close to the second side surface.
