Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a waterproof and moisture permeable film which contains a polyurethane substrate, a first infrared photo-thermal conversion material and a second infrared photo-thermal conversion material. The polyurethane substrate is formed by polymerizing high polymer materials containing polyethylene glycol. The first infrared photo-thermal conversion material contains a plurality of tungsten oxide particles and/or composite tungsten oxide particles which are scattered in the polyurethane substrate. The second infrared photo-thermal conversion material contains a plurality of antimony doped tin oxide particles which are scattered in the polyurethane substrate. The waterproof and moisture permeable film has a good moisture permeable efficiency. 本发明公开了种防水透湿薄膜，其包含聚氨酯基质，第红外线光热转换材料以及第二红外线光热转换材料。该聚氨酯基质是由包含聚乙二醇的高分子材料所聚合而成。该第红外线光热转换材料具有多个氧化钨微粒及/或复合氧化钨微粒，分散在该聚氨酯基质中。第二红外线光热转换材料具有多个掺锑氧化锡微粒，分散在该聚氨酯基质中。本发明防水透湿薄膜有较佳的透湿效率。
