A first detecting device detects steam dryness, the detected steam dryness is compared with a set steam dryness value, and steam is distributed to a heating pipeline or a water adding pipeline based on a comparison result to adjust a dryness value of steam; and a second detecting device detects the adjusted steam and steam is distributed to a steam recycling pipeline or a steam output pipeline based on the detection result. Therefore, the dryness value of the injected steam can be monitored and controlled, so that the steam dryness reaches a set accurate value; detection data can be analyzed and processed in real time, automatic controlling can be realized, the work load of the staff can be reduced, and the operation becomes rapid; and the steam dryness with the needed value can be obtained by heating or mixing distilled water, so that manual controlling of a steam dry
