The preparation method comprises the following steps of using the residues produced by distillation and extraction of essential oil by water vapor of lavandula angustifolia mill as raw materials, using an organic solvent to extract, flexibly applying various column chromatography separation methods, and usingcombining with a wave spectrum analysis method, so as to obtain six novel phenolic acid compounds with formulas (I) to (VI); measuring the anti-oxidizing activity of the six novel phenolic acid compounds with formulas (I) to (VI).
