The device comprises a box body, a transmission mechanism, a lower press plate, an upper press plate and a plurality of threaded rods, wherein the lower press plate is installed on the top of the box body, and the lower press plate and the upper press plate are arranged horizontally in the vertical direction; and the transmission mechanism is arranged inside the box body, the input end of the transmission mechanism is connected with an operation handle which is externally arranged, the output end of the transmission mechanism is independently connected with the lower portions of the threaded rods, and can drive the threaded rods to rotate, and the upper ends of the threaded rods penetrate through the lower press plate, and are matched with the threaded holes formed in the upper press plate respectively.
