Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a self-lubricating heterogeneous material composite structure hot forging die which comprises a die sleeve and a die core. The die core comprises a base, a supporting layer, an intensified heat isolation layer and a self-lubricating layer which are sequentially arranged; the base is made of H11 steel or H13 steel; the supporting layer is made of austenite heat-resisting steel, and is welded to the base in a surfacing manner; the intensified heat isolation layer is made of a metal ceramic material and is arranged on the supporting layer through plasma powder in a spray welding manner; and the self-lubricating layer is characterized in that a self-lubricating material composed of a bonding phase, a hard phase and a lubricating phase is sintered on the surface of a die cavity in a powder metallurgy manner.
